Multi-risk travel insurance
Medical and hospital costs, cancellation for covered reasons, baggage and early return. Andorra is outside the EU and healthcare is charged, so this is a genuine safety net.

Andorra is made for enjoying the mountains: skiing, freeride, touring and snow adventures. A reliable safety net makes them better, and that net is ski insurance. A lift pass does not always include piste rescue or medical costs, while off-piste activity must be explicitly covered. We therefore treat insurance as an essential part of the trip, not an add-on.
We have worked with the same trusted insurer for many years, so we understand the cover, the claims response and the needs of each trip. Once your stay begins, our 24/7 concierge remains available for incidents, changes and arrangements in your language.

Our long-standing insurer provides the protection a mountain trip needs, from piste rescue to cancellation, and we know how that protection performs in practice.
Medical and hospital costs, cancellation for covered reasons, baggage and early return. Andorra is outside the EU and healthcare is charged, so this is a genuine safety net.
Piste rescue, treatment after a ski accident, third-party liability and cover for hired or personal equipment—items a basic lift pass may omit.
Off-piste activity must be named in the policy. We align freeride, ski touring and mountain-rescue cover with the guided activity itself.
Agency support during the trip for delayed flights, rescheduled lessons, restaurant bookings or claims. We coordinate directly with suppliers in your language.
Andorra is outside the EU and has its own healthcare system. The European Health Insurance Card does not provide the usual protection here, and treatment or piste rescue is charged without insurance. We answer this and other border questions in our frequently asked questions; this is how we arrange the cover:
Insurance follows the itinerary. These are the main elements we coordinate it with:

Not always. Basic passes may exclude piste rescue and medical costs. Daily add-on insurance can also be narrower than a complete ski policy. We review the pass and policy together so no gap remains.
At minimum: piste rescue, medical and hospital costs in Andorra, third-party liability and equipment. Freeride or touring must be explicitly named, and cancellation is advisable for trips booked months ahead.
We use the same insurer we have trusted for many years. They provide the policy; we make sure it matches the trip, from a family piste day to a touring itinerary.
Check the wording carefully. Many annual policies exclude winter sports, restrict them to marked pistes or omit mountain rescue. Send us the policy and we can review it before the trip.
The ski patrol arranges rescue and transfer to a clinic. Insurance covers eligible assistance and costs; our concierge helps with the claim and reorganises the remaining trip.
It is our support during your stay: handling a delayed flight, moving a lesson, booking a table or coordinating an insurance incident directly with suppliers.
Yes. Multi-risk travel insurance can cover cancellation for the reasons stated in the policy, such as illness or certain employment circumstances.
Tell us the plan and group. We choose suitable cover, include it in the quote and remain on call throughout the trip.
